Claims Velocity
Website privacy
Last updated September 6, 2026.
This page explains how Claims Velocity, led by Hans Bhatia in Toronto, handles information from visitors to this website. It does not describe the data arrangements for a separate client project.
Information you choose to share
When you book a call, we receive the details you provide, such as your name, work email, organization, organization type, claims handled, and claims-team size. You may also choose to provide your organization website and a short description of what you want to improve.
We use this information to respond, arrange a call, prepare relevant ideas, and discuss a possible project. Booking does not sign you up for a newsletter. Cal.com shows your booking status and sends the appointment details.
Please do not send claim information
The website form is for business enquiries. Do not submit claimant names, policy numbers, medical records, or other confidential claim or personal information. Any later exchange of claim documents needs separate, agreed data-handling arrangements.
Website analytics and technical information
We use PostHog to understand which pages, insurance lines, ideas, sources, demonstrations, and call buttons visitors use. Analytics can include browser and device details, page addresses, visit times, and an identifier stored in cookies or browser storage.
On the marketing and Privacy pages, we disable automatic input capture and session recordings. We do not send your form answers or calculator numbers in our interaction events. Hosting and error-monitoring services may also process technical logs, such as IP addresses, request details and errors, to operate and troubleshoot the site.
Optional analytics are on in this browser.
This choice applies to optional PostHog analytics in this browser. Necessary hosting, security and booking processing still occurs. This choice does not change Cal.com’s own privacy settings. Clearing browser storage or using another browser may reset your choice.
Services that help run the website
We use Vercel for hosting, Cal.com to schedule calls, PostHog for analytics, and Sentry for technical error monitoring when configured. These services may process information outside Canada, including in the United States. Their own privacy notices explain their processing practices.
The calendar connects to Cal.com when the booking section loads. An idea is added to the booking notes only when you choose “Talk about this idea.” Browsing examples does not prefill your booking. Cal.com may use its own cookies and technical information to provide scheduling.
Third-party case studies and demonstration links may take you to other sites. Those sites have their own privacy practices. A source link does not imply a customer, partnership, or endorsement relationship.
Retention and your choices
We keep enquiry information as needed to respond and manage the business relationship, subject to applicable legal requirements. Contact Hans if you want to ask what information we hold, correct it, request deletion, or stop further contact.
To discuss privacy or make a request, email hans@claimsvelocity.com. We may need to verify a request before disclosing or changing information.
