Built by Claims Velocity. A demonstration, not a customer result.
View demoAuto, liability, commercial lines, or something else? We start by understanding how your team works. We look closely at each step, the systems involved, and where people spend time chasing information or repeating work.
Bring incoming information together and make it clear what is still needed before work can move forward.
Help the team identify priorities, find the right owner, and surface exceptions that need judgment.
Make the next step visible, reduce repeated status checks, and keep context with the file as it moves between people.
Results were reported by the companies shown. They are market examples, not Claims Velocity results or promises about what your organization will achieve.
Make the opportunity tangible
Use your own numbers to see how a small amount of time saved on each file could add up across the claims operation.
That could return approximately
125 hoursto your team each month.
That is about 15.6 eight-hour working days.
This is a simple illustration, not an expected or guaranteed result. The real opportunity depends on your current process, systems, claim mix, and team.

These working demonstrations show how we organize claims information, prepare routine work, and keep the claims professional responsible for the final decision.
They use sample records. They demonstrate what we can build, not verified customer results.

Turns long medical records into a clear timeline, important facts, open questions, and possible next steps.
It is designed to give the reviewer useful information, not another long, generic summary.
Working together
We begin with your team, not a product.
We learn how the work gets done, where time is being lost, what good service requires, and where a practical change could have the greatest effect on the business.
Then we find the simplest way to improve it. That could mean:
We look for one area where a practical change could save time, increase capacity, reduce repeated work, or improve service.
We work with the people doing the job and create a better way they can see and use.
We compare the result with how the work happens today. Then we decide together whether it is worth taking further.
See whether the improvement helps before making a larger commitment.

About Claims Velocity
Claims Velocity was founded by Hans Bhatia, a software engineer based in Toronto.
Before starting Claims Velocity, Hans built institutional software at Coinbase Asset Management. He now works directly with claims and operations teams to turn time-consuming parts of the job into practical software.
Your team brings the claims knowledge. We bring the ability to evaluate products, connect systems, and build software around the way your organization works.
Every project is led directly by Hans. There is no handoff from a salesperson to a separate delivery team.
Responsible claims technology
Technology should make claims professionals more effective. It should not hide important information or make decisions that belong to qualified people.
A useful improvement does not always require replacing your claims system.
We may improve how your current tools are used, connect existing systems, recommend a market product, or build something focused.
We can begin with a description of the work, blank documents, and redacted or sample files.
Do not send claimant names, policy numbers, medical information, or other confidential claim information through this website.
Software can organize information, prepare routine work, and flag missing items.
Qualified claims professionals remain responsible for claims decisions and final work.
We discuss the claims your team handles, the size of your operation, and where you would most like to make progress. We review the information you share before the call so the conversation can focus on relevant opportunities. You should leave with a clearer idea of one or two areas that may be worth exploring.
No. Tell us what takes too long, creates repeated work, limits capacity, or makes it harder to provide good service. We will help determine the simplest practical way to improve it.
Usually not. Many useful improvements can be made around the systems an organization already uses.
Not to begin. Early conversations can use descriptions, blank documents, and redacted or sample information. Do not submit confidential claim information through the website.
No. The best answer may be to use your current system better, connect existing systems, select a product already in the market, or build something focused. We recommend the approach that makes the most sense for the problem.
If there is a worthwhile place to start, we send a simple plan explaining what we recommend improving, what is included, how long it should take, what it will cost, and how we will decide whether it helped. You decide whether to proceed. There is no automatic long-term commitment.

We will review what you share before the call and come prepared to discuss a few relevant opportunities.
You do not need a software plan. You only need an area where you would like to make progress.
